Lieutenant Tim O'Neill
Played by Ted Raimi · Seasons 1–3
Tim O'Neill translated for seaQuest in every sense, languages, protocols, and occasionally the crew's more colorful personalities to the brass, as its soft-spoken communications officer and linguist. Bookish and endearingly awkward, he survived every cast shakeup to serve the entire series.
Ted Raimi appeared in all three seasons.
